What is your return policy?

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn,

 unwashed and free of any alterations for store credit (minus shipping costs). 

All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging 

i.e. dust bags for handbags, & Brighton jewelry bags.

You have 2 WEEKS for STORE CREDIT ONLY from the day you receive 

your order to postmark your item(s) for return.

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for store credit or exchange. 

-No exceptions

What if my return is past the 2 weeks?

Any returns postmarked more than 2 weeks from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.

Does my store credit from my return expire?

No, there is no expiration on your gift card with your store credit amount on it. 

*Please note we do not keep track of gift cards & 

we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.

When will I get my store credit?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your issued store credit. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email letting you know that your e-gift card with your store credit amount is on it's way!

The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid 

(this does not pertain to customers who scored free shipping).

How do I return my order?

How to send back:

  1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
  2. Stick your own shipping label on.
  3. Fill out return form; located at the bottom of this page! (The more specific you are on the reason for your return, the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
  4. Include a packing list so we can ensure the fastest processing time possible.
  5. Take your return to the closest Post Office.

*Please note: we recommend writing down your return tracking number so you can track the status of the return yourself.

My item was returned to you, what happens now?

If your package is returned to us, we will notify you immediately so we can get the package back to you ASAP after return costs are paid. The customer is held responsible for the re-shipment costs under any circumstance. If not paid, a store credit will be issued. When making a purchase at  the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route. Packages with invalid address will be treated as abandoned at your local post office.
